Give your old dolls a new look


With the nine-day fest of Navaratri all set to begin in the last week of this month, many a households have opened their old chests to scope out the dolls that had been laid to rest an year ago. Though thoughtfully packed, the very process of putting them away on lofts or chests spoils them.

Some retain their gloss, some lose it, some crack up, while some withstand the jostling of packing and unlpacking. While broken figurines are put aside never reused some prefer to have them at least in one corner of the display due to sentimental reasons.
