All 53 urban local bodies (ULBs) in the state have been asked to submit complete details as per guidelines of the Union Urban Development Ministry for selecting the town to be developed as smart city under the central scheme.

 All 53 ULBs have been asked to submit the necessary details on the performa within a month’s time so that the task of shortlisting the towns for being developed as a smart city can be undertaken.
